INSIDER’S MOSCOW IN 3 DAYS tour is designed for those who want to combine an opportunity to get an insight into the history of the political capital of Russia and feel the exciting atmosphere of contemporary Moscow. This well-balanced program includes panoramic city tour, visit to the Kremlin, tour of Moscow Metro, visit to Kolomenskoe, Romanov dynasty residence.

DAY 1

In the morning you will have a guided sightseeing tour of Moscow during which you will see Tverskaya Street, the main street of the city, panoramic views of the Kremlin and the Moskva River and observation platform on Sparrow Hills in front of Moscow State University. After an independent lunch in the GUM department store you will have a walking tour of Red Square where you will see St.Basil’s Cathedral and Lenin’s Mausoleum, followed by a visit to Christ the Savior’s Cathedral, the main cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church. Duration c.a. 5 hours

DAY 2

This morning you will be taken for a guided visit to the Kremlin, the heart of Moscow and the headquarters of the Russian President. You will see the Tsar Bell and Tsar Cannon and visit one of the Kremlin cathedrals. After an independent coffee break near the Kremlin you will have a guided tour of the world famous Moscow Metro with its stations richly decorated with sculptures, frescos and mosaics. Duration c.a. 4 hours

DAY 3

In the morning you will go to Kolomenskoe, the residence of the Russian tsars since the 14th century, where you will visit the unique wooden palace of Tsar Alexei, the father of Peter the Great, and see the 16th century churches, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. You will have the rest of the day at leisure to explore the city on your own. Duration 5 hours
