Ragazzi Boys Chorus concert in Capella
Yesterday on June 25, 2017 Ragazzi Boys Chorus, directed by Joyce Keil, performed to a full hall of St.Petersburg Capella. The programme included classical and contemporary works, as well as popular songs. Ragazzi shared the concert with Harmony Youth Capella from Gatchina, directed by Irina Roganova. The concert culminated in the two choirs performing Bogoroditse Devo by Rachmaninoff.

Founded in 1987, Ragazzi Boys Chorus provides outstanding musical education and performance opportunities for boys and young men, ages 7 to 18. About 200 singers — from over 100 schools and over 30 coastside and valley communities — participate in this internationally recognized program. Under the leadership of artistic director and co–founder, Joyce Keil, Ragazzi Boys Chorus performs a wide range of traditional and contemporary works for both the treble and changed voice.

Yesterday on June 18, 2017 Fullerton University Singers from California gave their concert in St.Petersburg State Capella as part of their European concert tour. The hall was full, and the audience was impressed by the high standard of the choir and deeply moved by the music. On top of that, the performance was staged, and the staging proved to be really fantastic!
